: Hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic inflammatory disease of the apocrine gland, characterized by formation abscess, sinus tract, and scarring. The common sites affected are axilla groin, while gluteal region involvement rare. There multiple modalities management available depending on stage associated complications.
